IN ADDITION, EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE PROVIDED TO STUDENTS OF LOW ECONOMIC STATUS IN THE UNITED STATES FOR COLLEGE EDUCATION. SUCH SCHOLARSHIPS ARE LIMITED TO 10,000 PER YEAR IN TOTAL.
