Restrictions: General scholarships are available to undergraduate students attending the University of South Florida and any graduating senior at a high school named annually in Manatee County Florida as eligible to participate. Children or spouse of a fallen soldier or first responder that served the United States federal state or local governments are also eligible to apply. Scholarships are generally $5,000 annually and awarded to 20 qualifying undergraduate students at an accredited institution.
